George got a wild hair one afternoon and decided to make Nicole a nice dinner. As he drove to the Main Street Farmers Market, he made a mental checklist of fresh ingredients needed for the summer chicken parmesan and peach cobbler. While gathering the zucchini and tomatoes, George imagined the look of surprise and delight on Nicole’s face from his culinary masterpieces.

Oh, what an amazing dinner it would have been if the car would have cooperated.

After leaving the Farmers Market, George noticed his air conditioning had stopped working and the engine temperature needle began to quickly rise into the red. Knowing excessive heat is the enemy for any engine, George pulled his car over to the side of the road and turned off the engine.

He waited a few minutes before looking under the hood. Nothing looked out of the ordinary so he decided to start his car up and take a look under the hood again.

That’s when he noticed a belt wasn’t turning as it should be.

Since George had no idea of the name or purpose of the belt, he called his favorite mechanics at Lombardi Auto Body.
