George and Nichole were on their way to a great night of live music and drinks at The Crafhouse Stage & Grill in Pittsburgh.

The night looked promising until the traffic jam appeared out of now where.  Being stuck in stop-n-go traffic was hard on George’s nerves, Nichole’s stomach, and the car’s brakes.

With the windows down, it was hard to tell if Nichole’s nausea was being caused from the rocking motion, smell of rubber, exhaust fumes or a pungent burning smell.

After an hour’s delay, George and Nicole arrived and had a fun-filled evening. One the way home, the pungent burning smell was still present.

As they arrived closer to home, George noticed he was having to press harder on the brake pedal to get his car to stop. The next morning he took his car to Lombardi Auto Body where the technicians discovered he needed new brake pads.

George received and a great surprise when Lombardi Auto Body told him about their free set of brake pads.  This was a pleasant surprise and George was happy to have his brakes replaced and only pay for the labor.
